Billink
This payment method is currently in beta. To activate Billink, contact your account manager or reach out to our support team.
Billink is a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) method popular with consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Consumers can order now and pay Billink within 14 days, while you receive your funds from Mollie independently whether the consumer has paid Billink yet.
How it works

- The consumer selects Billink at checkout and is redirected to a Billink-hosted page.
- Billink runs a credit check. If the consumer doesn't pass it, they can complete the purchase immediately instead.
- If the credit check passes, the order is authorized.
- Once you ship the order and submit a capture, the consumer's 14-day payment term with Billink begins.
- Billink settles the captured amount to Mollie according to the settlement delay, regardless of whether the consumer has paid Billink.

Capturing the authorized funds
Billink only supports capturing the full authorized amount, partial captures aren't possible. Once you ship the order, create a capture for the full amount; the authorization is valid for 28 days from creation.
Refunds and Disputes
Both full and partial refunds are supported, with no time limit on when a refund can be requested.
If a consumer disputes a purchase, Billink contacts you directly by email and you have 14 days to respond. If you resolve the dispute yourself, you can issue a refund. If it isn't resolved in your favor, Billink applies a chargeback, deducted from your next settlement.
