Shopify: Manage orders

Shopify sends payment descriptions to Mollie. You can use this description to link payment in Shopify to the matching order in your Mollie account.

Find an order in your Mollie Dashboard

1. Log in to Shopify.
2. Open the order and select the Mollie payment notification in the timeline.
3. In the expanded notification, select information from the gateway and copy the payment code.
4. Log into your Mollie account and go to Transactions > Payments.
5. Search for the payment code and select the search result to view the order details in Mollie.
