Cancel subscriptions

Cancel subscriptions on behalf of your customers in situations where, for example, they are unable to do so themselves or have missed multiple consecutive payments.

1. Log in to Shopware 6.
2. Go to Orders > Mollie subscriptions.
3. Select the context menu button (three dots) of the subscription that you want to cancel.
4. Select Cancel subscription.
