If you process a high volume of manual bank transfers, the Unmatched Credit Transfers API may be useful to give you control over incoming bank transfers that could not automatically be matched to a payment by us.
Normally, Mollie attempts to match incoming bank transfers using payment references and amounts. When automatic matching is not possible, a transfer becomes an unmatched credit transfer. For example because a customer entered the wrong reference, paid multiple invoices in a single transfer, or omitted payment details entirely.
