Updated permissions for 'New access token' page

We updated the permission list of the 'new access token' page to make the needed level of access clearer.
What's new:
- For API keys it is now shown explicitly which permissions are included
- Permissions are now grouped by business area and then by API
- For advanced access tokens, checkboxes are now auto-disabled if you do not have a given permission
- The UI takes up way less space, ready for more public APIs
