Organization Switcher improvements

In this release, we did some polishing and improved our multi-organization experience in the Mobile app:

1. Search — customers with 10+ organizations can now search by name or ID to quickly switch between Orgs.
2. Shared foundation — the code for this feature is now shared between Web and Mobile, meaning future improvements to both apps!
