Fix incorrect nested balance transaction context schema

The context property of balance transactions is now documented with flat fields (e.g. paymentId, refundId, chargebackId) instead of incorrectly nested under type-keyed objects (e.g. payment.paymentId). This matches the API's actual response shape. API behavior is unchanged.
