Fix amount field descriptions not showing in docs

Description overrides on amount fields (such as amountRefunded, settlementAmount, minimumAmount) were being ignored by the documentation renderer in favor of the generic amount object description. The descriptions are now correctly positioned inside the allOf schema, ensuring they display as intended.
