Add webhook event pages for Payouts, Transfers, Payment Links, Sales Invoices, and Connect Balance Transfers APIs

Each API with webhook support now has a dedicated reference page listing its available events, required scopes, and descriptions. Pages are generated from structured YAML event files and published automatically on deploy.
