Add alma's required fields from billingAddress (payment creation)

Alma requires a givenName, familyName, addressLine1, postalCode, locality, countryCode and email in the billingAddress - this is technically enforced already (see payproc's AlmaShopperAddressValidator), but was missing from the docs. This change mirrors actual behavior.
