Deprecate settlementAmount on Payments API, Refunds API, Chargebacks API, and Captures API

The settlementAmount field is deprecated on the Payments API, Refunds API, Chargebacks API, and Captures API and will be removed on January 1st, 2027. Use the Settlements API or the List balance transactions endpoint for settlement data.
