# Gambio: Troubleshooting

## Troubleshoot common issues

Follow the steps in [Troubleshoot common issues](/docs/troubleshoot-common-issues)article to ensure proper connection between Mollie and your Gambio instance and then the steps below to troubleshoot specific settings.

## Troubleshooting checklist

### Check webhook notifications

To trigger payment and order status updates, Mollie sends webhook notifications to the **Mollie for Gambio** module. These notifications are saved in Gambio so that you can check whether any webhooks failed.

To view the notifications, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Gambio.
2. Go to **Modules** > **Modules-Center**.
3. Select **Mollie** from the module list.
4. Select **Edit**.
5. Scroll down to **Notifications**.

If a webhook notification states that a webhook was unsuccessful, check whether payments are processing properly.

### Get the log files

Both Gambio and Mollie keep a log of all Mollie-related activity. Use the logs to investigate the root cause of a problem.

To access the `mollie` log file:

1. Open your FTP client and log in to your Gambio web server.
2. Go to `[path_to_gambio_installation]/logfiles`.

To access `admin` and `php-error-handler` log files:

1. Log in to Gambio.
2. Go to **Toolkit** > **Show logs**.

### Check the release notes

Refer to [Mollie for Gambio releases](https://github.com/mollie/gambio/releases) to check whether the issue was fixed in a newer release.

1. Log in to Gambio.
2. Go to **Modules** > **Modules-Center**.
3. Select **Mollie** from the module list.
4. Select **Uninstall**.
5. Mollie for Gambio is not completely uninstalled. All your configuration settings still exist.
6. Reinstall Mollie.

### Reinstall the module
