# New export format for Bank Statements - CAMT.053

We added `CAMT.053` to our export formats - the market standard for bank statement exports, designed to be used within bookkeeping systems (taking over from older formats such as `MT940`).

The export provides rich and structured transaction details, which supports an easier reconciliation process and a smoother bookkeeping experience.
